The Moon is a mobile application that renders the moon realistically, including its phases, liberations, and apogee/perigee in real-time and at any time instance. The App features a time controller for moving time continuously and a time picker for choosing specific time instances. The App can also run as a live wallpaper on Android devices with low power consumption.
The App does not require or use an internet connection. All functionalities are available offline.
The App may optionally request access to your device's location (longitude and latitude) to provide an accurate rendering of the moon based on your location. This data is used solely for enhancing your experience within the App and is not stored, shared, or transmitted.
Some data may be saved locally on your device to improve your experience with the App. This data includes settings and preferences related to the App's functionalities. All locally stored data is removed once the App is uninstalled. No data is shared locally or online as the App does not connect to the internet.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data and ensure it is not accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed without authorization. However, please note that no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
The App is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
The App is completely free to download and use. It is also free of ads. However, I may implement in-app purchases in the future as a method to support the developer. Any in-app purchases will be optional and will not affect the core functionalities of the App.
The App can be set as a live wallpaper on Android devices. The live wallpaper mode is designed to operate in an extremely low power consumption mode to ensure minimal impact on your device's battery life.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App, or any features or functionalities of the App, at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms within the App. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
